Low density polyethylene, also called high pressure polyethylene (LDPE), is the lightest of polyethylene resin varieties, has milk-white, non-toxic, tasteless, odourless, matte surface waxy granules. Has a good flexibility, extensibility, electrical insulation, transparency, easy workability and certain permeability. The chemical stability is good, alkali resistant, resistant to general organic solvents. |
